2. Intellectual Property & CAD File Security

As a rapid prototyping and manufacturing laboratory, we handle proprietary designs daily. We enforce strict protocols to protect your IP:

• CAD File Confidentiality: All 3D model files (STL, OBJ, STEP, etc.) uploaded to our quote engine or shared via email/WhatsApp are treated as strictly confidential.
• Non-Disclosure: We do not sell, lease, share, or distribute your 3D models to third parties. Access is restricted to engineering personnel involved in fabricating your parts.
• Data Retention: Uploaded model files are kept on our secure server for up to 30 days to facilitate re-orders and updates, after which they are permanently deleted unless requested otherwise.

3. Information We Collect

We collect essential information to process queries and complete manufacturing orders:

• Contact Details: Your full name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp preferred), and delivery address.
• Technical Requirements: Submitted CAD designs, dimensions, material selections, color choices, layer height, and infill parameters.
• Payment Records: Transaction details when completing orders. We do not store full credit card/UPI pin information on our servers.

4. Cookies & Web Analytics

Our website uses basic session cookies and caching to store your theme selection (light/dark mode) and maintain active items in your shopping cart drawer. This data remains on your local browser and is not sent to our servers.
