1. Scope of Services

3Decke India provides customized digital manufacturing solutions, including 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS), custom Designing/3D Modelling, 3D Scanning, and Custom Models. All quotes are prepared based on design specifications submitted by the client.

2. CAD Design & Print Quality

Clients must submit designs in watertight, print-ready file formats (STL, OBJ, STEP, or IGES). Please note:

• Design Integrity: 3Decke is not responsible for physical structural failures or fitment issues due to design errors in client CAD files.
• Prototyping Tolerances: Standard FDM printing dimensional tolerances are +/-0.2mm or 0.5% (whichever is greater). SLA/Resin printing offers higher accuracy up to +/-0.05mm.
• Aesthetic Variations: Minor surface variations, layer lines, and support contact points are characteristic of FDM 3D printing and do not constitute printing defects.

3. Quotation & Pricing

All quotes provided by our engineering team or pricing calculator are valid for 15 days. Prices exclude shipping charges and GST unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order if the CAD model is determined to have unprintable parameters (e.g. wall thickness below 0.8mm).

4. Payment Terms

As all fabrications are custom-made to order, 100% advance payment is required to schedule printing and fabrication. For large volume/bulk orders, a 50% deposit and 50% dispatch scheme can be negotiated through our sales office in Noida.

5. Client Indemnification

By submitting a 3D CAD design, the client warrants that they hold the necessary copyrights, trademark permissions, or patent rights for the model. 3Decke India will not knowingly manufacture items that infringe upon third-party intellectual property or violate local laws.
