1. Domestic Delivery Area

3Decke India ships prototypes and custom manufactured components to all major cities, commercial zones, and residential hubs within India. We partner with reliable cargo and logistics companies, including **DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart, and Speed Post**.

2. Fabrication Lead Times

Production timelines vary depending on structural volume and material selection:

  • FDM Prototyping (PLA / PETG / ABS): Dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
  • SLA / High-Detail Resin Printing: Dispatched within 3 to 4 business days.
  • CNC Machining & Tooling: Dispatched within 7 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Standard domestic shipping fees are calculated flat-rate during order finalize, or based on volume metrics for large components. Transit times after shipment dispatch:

  • Delhi NCR (Local): 1 to 2 business days.
  • Metro Areas (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Remote Regions: 5 to 7 business days.

4. Local Pickup (Noida Sector 78)

Clients are welcome to skip shipping and pick up their printed parts directly from our Noida laboratory. If you prefer self-pickup:

  • Select the **Noida Self-Pickup** option when coordinating payment on WhatsApp.
  • Once fabrication completes, our engineering team will send you a confirmation message.
  • Pickups are available Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

5. Fragile Packaging Protocols

We understand that thin-walled prototypes and organic resin figurines can be fragile during transit. To ensure safe delivery, all items are double-wrapped in multi-layered bubble cushions, suspended in foam peanuts, and packed in heavy-duty corrugated cardboard cartons sealed with industrial tape.
